A small amount of googling linked me to here https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/su ... swer/2393/ Which tells you how to add something to the whitelist (if you went down this route I imagine you'd need to add InnerSpace.exe, wow.exe, wow-64.exe), but I suspect you'd find somewhere in the Features/Options and option to disable it completely too.

What happened Lax? I was okay about 4 hrs ago when I got the 9/6/2017 patch.
Launched again at 01:30 9/7/2017 And got another patch. This patch took me back to the original issue, where it can't execute the 64 file. Do you have another patch coming, or can this one be rolled back?

Build 6187 is working well for the majority of people on Windows 10. If you are having issues then it is possibly compatibility with some other software running on your system.

Please provide a compatibility diagnostic.

Running on Win 8.1 - no error when Inner Space starts (after the latest patch), but when I try to load a character set - only one instance of WoW is showing up - under the Background Processes section in Task Manager.

Is there something I can try - or do I just need to wait for the issue to be corrected?

I'll add my thanks for all the hard work involved in resolving these issues.

Any compatibility issue with Windows 10 (as opposed to Windows 7 currently) is likely to be a running program you can shut down. What happens is a DLL is getting placed into the game process, and the DLL happens to be incompatible with the new Inner Space loader. Generally speaking you can shut programs down until it starts working.

Known possible culprits with the new loader (all of these have been reported today)
* AVG
* BitDefender - You can turn off "Advanced Threat Defence"
* Razer Stats Manager - you can uninstall this specific part of your Razer software. Alternatively, you can shut down Razer Synapse, launch your ISBoxer team, and then restart Synapse (with your team already launched) if you need it
* NVIDIA/GeForce Experience

Uninstalling the Razer Stats Manager did the trick for me. Everything seems to be working fine now.

Found this reddit article that covers the procedure to uninstall it.

Your issue is the Razer software described in my post; you need to do what the above poster did

Awesome to see an update on this. I appreciate the hours you've put into this handy program. Unfortunately it seems I fall under the Windows 7 issues... :(

In regards to refunds, you needn't worry about it, at least on my end. I'm just glad you've made this program and continue to support it.

My compatability report showed a problem with an old registry key from pwnboxer but I removed that and now it still will not load. I will just wait a few days. It was kind of disappointing because I used the sale on legion to buy two more accounts that I cannot really use other than some basic prep work for now. Oh well, I am off next week so lets see what happens.

The compatibility diagnostic is to show us, so that we can either solve the problem, or help you solve it. In this case you're looking at its list of registry keys at the bottom that may not be related to the game at all. Instead of doing that, we should be looking at your list of modules loaded in the process. One of the modules will be something that isn't part of the game itself, or part of Windows, and is incompatible; it is usually pretty easy for us to identify from your list.

If you will not show us the compatibility diagnostic, you can't always expect the problem to magically go away. You may have a different incompatible program than the others. That's the whole point of the system...
