We're trying to help you with that, by attending to any detail you provide.

The last 2 issues you described were
1. The shell notify icon 1008 error (which would exit Inner Space, stopping it from "giving you a window"). We discussed this but I am not clear as to whether you are still having this problem.
2. a WoW #132 error. I asked for specific information regarding any WoW #132 error you want help with -- I would still be happy to take a peek if you send me that.

We don't seem to have information to move forward from here, as I do not know what is happening for you. I don't know if you have Inner Space running, I don't know if you have the shell notify icon error, I don't know if you have a firewall/AV software that's jut blocking it.

You have multiple members of the tech support team, and the developer of the software responding to your needs. How would you like us to move forward?
