EQ1 reverts to match primary screen resolution

I'm running 4 Everquest 1 clients. One fills my left monitor, matching the resolution of the desktop. No Swapping.
The other 3 are squares on my right monitor, and are supposed to remain at 640x480 resolution. Instead they match the resolution of my left monitor, then scale down to take up 640x480 worth of space, but the interface is far too small to see.
What is interesting is this sometimes only happens to randomly 1 or 2 of the 3 small windows, and sometimes all 3.
In my ISBoxer Window Layouts I have "Use Instant window swapping (synchronizes game resolutions)" UN-CHECKED. I also have Swap Hot Char set to never.
From my research and experience, this check box is what is supposed to cause the clients to match the main screen's resolution.
Also when I make other changes and then export them to Innerspace I get a little pop-up warning telling me that the 3 small client's resolutions are set to 640x480, INSTEAD of 1680x1050(my left monitor's resolution) and asks permission to change them, which I decline. So that reinforces the fact that they are set to the proper resolution!!

Any ideas?
I hope I was able to describe my issue clearly lol.

Show us your configuration: http://isboxer.com/wiki/Configuration_Sharing

Also, you're not changing these parts of your Window Layout while playing are you? Some Window Layout changes require a re-launch to fully apply, so if that's what you're doing it could be related

Re: EQ1 reverts to match primary screen resolution

The resolution is adjusting to match the Reset Region for the Swap Group, which was originally set by the wizard for your previously-swapping layout. :) (Looking forward to ISBoxer 2 :? )

1. Select your Window Layout in the top left pane
2. Select Regions in the bottom left pane
3. Click Swap Groups tab in the bottom right pane
4. Adjust the 'Reset' Region option to <NO REGION>
5. Export to Inner Space

Ahh, that makes sense!
Great work!
That fixed it perfectly. Thank you so much!
