Can't use ISboxer, please help!

So I just decided to use ISboxer after a short break(2-3 months) of using it. I setup my team no problem then went to launch and experienced a boat load of problems. Firstly It says it can't connect to my instance of innerspace, so I close innerspace and try to reload but I have no idea whether it has loaded or not because neither the ISboxer or the Innerspace icons are showing up in the bottom right hand corner of my computer. So I keep trying and it just keeps on giving me the same message. So I uninstall ISboxer/Innerspace and reinstall them, and now Isboxer is completely broken and won't let me even make a new team. ISboxer/Innerspace still isn't showing down the bottom in my task bar and it's saying it doesn't recognise my credentials even though it did before I reinstalled. Please help! thankyou


Also when I try to reinstall I close everything(Innerspace and Isboxer) then when I open it, it says detected Innerspace is already running, so I go to create a new team and it says Inner Space game configurations could not be loaded, please load Innerspace.

1. Is your firewall/security software blocking Inner Space?
2. Try right clicking and select Run as Administrator
3. In ISBoxer Toolkit get me "Diagnostics for game crashes" from ISBoxer's Help menu (http://isboxer.com/wiki/Diagnostics); as you're not currently running a game and not crashing, when it asks you to select a process just pick ISBoxer Toolkit.exe and that's fine.

Generally you should avoid paraphrasing any warnings/errors/messages you get. There's tons of messages and in order to identify the one you're getting it would help to be as exact as possible, so we know as exact as possible what you should do to solve the problem.

Inner Space won't minimize to the system tray (notification area, by the volume icon) until you've successfully logged in.

I completely closed all firewalls and opened ISboxer as admin. It opens, telling me theres a problem with configuration. It asks me to open Inner Space when I go to create a new team, but it says its already open(and according to task manager it isn't even open) I also keep getting a message saying "credentials can't be verified" even though the username/password I'm using words perfectly on the lavishsoft website.

If the message uses the word "credentials", the message is not mine and I don't have enough information about what it's from to help with it. On the other hand if it says "Could not verify Lavish Software account information (<SOME NUMBER>)" then the message is mine AND it would be useful to have the number from the message (the number is a code that tells me more specific details; any error message that has a number make sure you give that number). If this does not specifically match the message you're getting, then again the specific details of the message will point me in the right direction as far as giving you suggestions.

Sorry about that, the exact error message is "Could not verify Lavish Software account information (-14)". My internet is working perfectly and It's being slow at all, so can't think why I'm receiving this error message.

With this more specific information I've updated the Inner Space installer with a possible fix. Please try installing again -- just run the ISBoxer Bundle installer downloaded from isboxer.com -- and that particular message should no longer be possible.

Sorry for the late response, I've been on holiday since monday. I uninstalled Innerspace using uninst-InnerSpace.exe, I then reinstalled and launched Isboxer, it asks me to enter my details, then after a short delay it tells me "Could not verift Lavish Software account information (-14)

Whoops, looks like when I updated the installer I forgot to upload it to the server. I've done that now, please try again. You do not need to uninstall anything first, just run the ISBoxer bundle installer

Downloaded it again, got the same message, I guess its on my end sometimes it seems like it accepts my username/password but innerspace just doesn't load(or it does but the 'tray' doesn't show in the bottom right hand corner so I can't interact with it, i've even used alt-tab to go through all my open programs 1 by 1 and it picks up isboxer but never innerspace. Unless you've got any other solution I think i'm going to just give up and use a different software thanks for your help though, I appreciate it's probably something on my computer causing the problem, but all my other software is working fine, isboxer/innerspace is the only thing I have a problem with.
