Windows in the wrong slot after multiple restarts

I don't know if this is a layout issue or a general issue. I don't *believe* this to be game specific (Lotro) either, but it might be. Please move the thread a needed.

This is not a pressing issue, as this circumstances are fairly rare, but it is a big none the less.

After i had some serious connection issue with the game server yesterday, and was required to relaunch my character set several time to get everyone loaded properly, I noticed that more time I relaunched, the more likely that I had problems with accounts/characters being in the wrong slot. I have all of my characters set to use a very specific game profile to select the appropriate account for me to keep from going crazy. Even on relaunch, this seemed to work properly all but once. However, a more frequent problem is that after 2-3 restarts, the clients got jumbled in the slots. At some point, it appeared to "compress" all of my active slots (1, 3, and 5 were active) down to the lower ones (1,2,3) before re-launching the other 3 clients. While this isn't really a big problem from a display point of view, I have some character/class specific key bindings that were going to the wrong places. Specifically, I had an action target group that included character that is normally in slot 3. This character was somehow now in slot 2, and the character that was in slot 3(of the wrong ATG) was getting the key strokes instead. I've also seen it where I've only had to relaunch 1 client and while it kept the slot in the proper place/ATG, the "activate next/prev slot" bindings were a little goofy. The problem of having the wrong character launch only occurred after the slots got shuffled around.

I don't know if this is linked to the fact that LOTRO has to launch all of it's clients serially or not.

In summary:
* relaunching as few as 1 clients can cause "activate prev/next slot" to skip around
* multiple relaunches can shuffle the already active slots around
* shuffled slots get the ATG/char based key bindings incorrect
* Rarely, an already active character can get re-launched after the slots get jumbled up.
