Resource bar overlay? help

Hello, just started multiboxing 2 Crusaders in D3, gotta say im impressed with the software there is one thing i would like to be able to do with the screen layout but i cant quite find any info on how to do it.

For an example i uploaded a picture of what im talking about, its a resource screen region of what i want to be my second Crusader's wrath bar (with stacked screens on one monitor its difficult to tell when cool downs come up and when i run out of wrath). Anyone know how to do this? i spent some time trying to find tutorials but couldn't sadly, seems like an awesome idea. Thanks
