Any Help with this Window Issue?

I don't exactly know what is causing this to happen but it started few days ago, and it is extremely frustrating, as it totally kills all desire to play.

Off the top of my head, I don't know. Black spots can be annoying, but no idea what causes them.


Srsly though, I thought the lower areas unscaled area were just fancy graphics to begin with (and I'm still only guessing this is the issue?)
Windows not sizing correctly is usually a display scaling issue, where your display scaling is not set to 100%, but it has been known to be caused by other odd things too. As there have been a bunch of recent changes with EVE, and also a bunch of changes with Windows (assuming you are on Win10, you don't say), so it might be one of those, but the general other options are:

1. if you are using dx11 try dx9
2. if you are using dx9, try dx11
3. check for a graphics driver update
4. check to see if you have any other applications running at the time and shut em down for testing, especially the known problem ones
5. provide a diagnostic for crashes (yep even though its not really crashing)
6. use a videofx layout. if you have ISBoxer42 beta you can choose a VideoFX layout option in the Window Layout Wizard. Note, if you happen to be running on a laptop with optimus, then you will probably need to do one of these because there seems to be some recently introduced issues with this between Win10, intel gfx and NVidia gfx.

There might be some other options, but those are the ones which come to mind.

Sorry I should have been more descriptive, but yea, the problem is the unscaled windows at the bottom of the screen. They usually start out normal and then after a little while they will start to flicker and unscale. I am on windows 10, and I will give some of those things that you mentioned a try.
