Editing a Popup Text Action

A Popup Text Action pops up a text notice for a specified amount of time

Fields

Target defines which windows will display the text
Text is the text that will be displayed
Display for ___ seconds is how long the text will be visible for, unless it is replaced by other popup text
Fade out over ___ seconds allows the text to fade out, instead of instantly disappearing
Color configures the color the text will be displayed with
Timer provides Action Timer capability, allowing this Action to be delayed and optionally recurring
