Toons do not IWT and FTL keys do not work

Hello,

I have been running pretty well but after I created some new toons I started having trouble. I lvled up to lvl 8 but then the toons would not IWT with my target. They ran off over and over to some Vendor I had visited before. My FTL keys do not seem to broadcast as well. I tried all I could but cannot figure this one out. I have exported data, remade toons, and group, rebooted, etc.
Now I have toon in slot 3 that can get IWT and FTL keys to work but the others toons still don't work. None of the toons have problems with follow btw. I have ISBOXER addon enabled and run a minimal number of addons. Here is my data Paste ID 229eff407d,

Your ISBoxer config looks fine, did you change anything in it recently (and Export) to make this break?

I would suggest it's probably not your ISBoxer config, but will probably be fixed by one of the following:
1. FAQ: I recently set a key binding in the game and now assist doesn't work
2. WoW Quicker Start Guide parts 3 and after cover other common problem scenarios with specific things for you to try doing.
