WoW+DX11

Hi. I've been browsing the forums and used the search function with terms like DirectX 11, DX11, D3D11 and so on and so forth. I've only come up with old posts about old versions of InnerSpace which at the time didn't support DirectX 11. Now, when I use my own multiboxing software [AHK-based] I have 6 WoW's running at full speed with max fps and no lag in D3D11-mode. When starting one WoW-client through ISBoxer/InnerSpace it works with D3D11, but as soon as I start a profile including several WoW clients, it crashes.

Here's my system specs:

Acer Aspire 5742G
8GB RAM
OCZ Vertex Series SATA II 2.5" SSD drive
Windows 7 Ultimate x64 with all the latest updates applied
Nvidia GeForce GT 420M with the latest nvidia drivers
Average 7.1 on Windows Experience Index

Copy-pasted the WoW crashlog to pastebin.com:

Thankful for any help :)

Re: WoW+DX11

The crash is apparently in the NVIDIA CoProcManager software, which handles your laptop's GPU switching capabilities (between the Intel and NVIDIA GPUs, the "Optimus" feature). There's actually a pretty good number of ISBoxers using laptops with this, and I specifically tested it (and fixed bugs) earlier this year. (thread from that: http://isboxer.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=1139)

The first thing I would suggest is to see if you can update that. Try this: http://www.nvidia.com/object/notebook_drivers.html

If that doesn't help..... see if the same issue occurs in DirectX 9 mode?

Re: WoW+DX11

Updated the drivers from the post you mentioned, it auto-checked what I had and told me what to download - 280.26-notebook-win7-winvista-64bit-international-whql which includes Optimus driver. DX9 works with WoW ofcourse, both with ISBoxer/InnerSpace and my own prog, but who wants to run in lagging DX9 when there's DX11 available :)

I still have the same problem though, the same crash with DX11 mode.

--- Should probably add that I've also used "Use Development Releases" in Inner Space Uplink's Patcher Settings, and it's also set to "Always Patch".
