One toon not working properly [Solved]

Hi,

I'm running 5 characters, however I'm having issues with one toon not working properly.
They're able to follow the leader, and thats about it.
They won't interact with target, assist, or anything.
Whenever a button is pressed, i.e. 1. All the other toons will do whatever is on the actionbar for 1, however, this toon presses 8 instead.
This is the same when trying to interact with target. All other toons interact, toon #4 presses 8.

I'm a little lost, any help would be greatly appreciated.
I've confirmed that the addon is enabled on all toons. They all also receives settings-push from the EMA addon

So I re-went through all my keybinds and such. Disabled all addons (except ISBoxer & EMA).
ElvUI must have been blocking error output from ISBoxer, upon reload of that faulty toon, there was a bunch of keybinding errors.
I found that the 8th button on my action bar had ~10 keybindings assigned to it, including most of the ISBoxer ones.
After clearing out the entire button of its keybindings, and re-assigning everything to its proper key, its all working again.
