Regarding compensation. Forget about it!!!! While I was off having a great time over the holiday weekend you were working on this. So thank you very much. And even if you took several breaks or a break all weekend, so what!!!! This is a small operation and I have been using this software for over two years at least and this is the first time that anything like this has happened. So again thanks for all your work. I enjoy dual boxing and running around with my two guys and doing all kinds of stuff way easier then one char can do. So have a beer or three or four and again thanks for working on this and fixing it.

Windows 7 -- WoW does not successfully launch. ALL windows 7 users are reporting either a crash, a hung process, or a "terminated unexpectedly" message

This was a couple of builds ago so I'm not sure if it's the same problem

This question is not related to this thread.

This error happens because you have multiple Inner Space folders/install locations.

I am getting a weird error. When I go into the updater and it will start patching the files but after it has completed its patching the InnerSpace.exe will delete itself from the directory. I then need to do a fresh install to a new directory, or reboot my PC so I can re-install it again. It locks up the directory so I cannot make any further changes.

InnerSpace.exe is not deleting itself, your Anti-virus software is deleting it. If your AV software is in silent/gaming mode, you may wan to adjust that so you know when it is quarantining files that it should be keeping

Can you give us more details on the compatibility issue with Razer software? Running on Win 8.1 - no error when Inner Space starts (after the latest patch), but when I try to load a character set - only one instance of WoW is showing up - under the Background Processes section in Task Manager.

Is there something I can try - or do I just need to wait for the issue to be corrected?

I'll add my thanks for all the hard work involved in resolving these issues.

Any compatibility issue with Windows 10 (as opposed to Windows 7 currently) is likely to be a running program you can shut down. What happens is a DLL is getting placed into the game process, and the DLL happens to be incompatible with the new Inner Space loader. Generally speaking you can shut programs down until it starts working.

Known possible culprits with the new loader (all of these have been reported today)
* AVG
* BitDefender - You can turn off "Advanced Threat Defence"
* Razer Stats Manager - you can uninstall this specific part of your Razer software. Alternatively, you can shut down Razer Synapse, launch your ISBoxer team, and then restart Synapse (with your team already launched) if you need it
* NVIDIA/GeForce Experience

... see the original post
KNOWN ISSUES with build 6186
[*] Windows 7 -- WoW does not successfully launch. ALL windows 7 users are reporting either a crash, a hung process, or a "terminated unexpectedly" message

... are you on Windows 7? If so, you will need to wait for a further update where I specify that it is working under Windows 7.

If you're on Windows 10 (or 8 or 8.1), see my above post about shutting down programs
