Multirealm invite not working

I have 5 character teams where each character is on a different realm.
When I press "ctrl+shift+alt+I", only one slot is invited: slot2.
If I press it again, another slot is invited: slot3, etc.

I don't have this problem when team members are all on the same realm.
I didn't used to have this problem. Not sure when it started: maybe with patch 7.1.
I disabled all other addons: still have the problem.
Jamba's team invite does work.

Do you actually have a team in mind that this is not working on? If I look at your multirealm teams, and preview the invite macro, it is correctly setting the invite to:

/invite charname-realmname

which by all accounts is what is necessary, other than the accounts need to be battle.net friends (although that could be just someone talking out their arse on the blizzard forums, I don't really know and just googled it).
