Isolating multiple browser windows/tabs?

Hey,

Wondering if someone could offer any solutions to a problem I've been having. I play a game that has a reward system that requires you to login to your forum account once per day to collect "activity points." Obviously this gets pretty obnoxious with 10 separate accounts. I'm wondering if there's a way to virtualize or sandbox multiple browser tabs or clients through ISBoxer, saving all of the cookies and login/password information, and launching them like you would a team?

Cheers

Re: Isolating multiple browser windows/tabs?

Isn't that what AutoComplete (IE), AutoFill (Chrome) (may be named other things in other browsers) is for?

And, maybe, although unlikely, that ISBoxer can help you. ISBoxer is aimed at DirectX applications (and the odd openGL with limits), which browsers generally aren't, and even those that support it, are troublesome.

If it happened to be a Flash browser application, that would work, although still not sure about the virtualisation. You'd need to know a lot about how it stores any local info, and that tends to be in a secure container, which I'm not sure will be able to be redirected (virtualised).

/e I've been re-educated :), and told that Firefox might be able to do what you want if you use the command line arguments to load different profiles, although setting this up via Inner Space/ISBoxer seems overkill when you could just as easily manage this via a CMD file, or a suite of Shortcuts.
Unless you are then wanting to repeat keystrokes or mouse movement, then Inner Space/ISBoxer doesn't really need to come into it; Firefox supports D3D rendering, so it might be possible in the future releases.

Yeah, I can manually login to each account but that is time consuming, even with autocomplete, since I have to log in, collect and then log out. It takes a while.

I know I can sandbox browsers using Sandboxie and achieve what I'm looking for that way but I just thought it'd be simpler with ISBoxer. I know it has some sandboxing capabilities. It's not a game account, just a forum. I'm not entirely sure how Firefox/Chrome store login session information for forum accounts.

Sounds like what you really need is a macro recorder....

I suppose I could go that route.

I guess I'll just stick with Sandboxie for now if isolating browsers with ISBoxer isn't doable. Have to make a batch file to launch multiple Sandboxie shortcuts or something.
