Trying to Multibox on World of Warcraft Public test Realm

Whenever I login It only allows me to select my live accounts on each account

Are you certain? PTR accounts show up in the list just like every other account does (e.g. WoW#, where # is a number). A PTR account will not specifically say "PTR" next to it.

You can log into your account on Blizzard's site to see which WoW# it is, so you know which one to correctly select in the drop-down.

I have both a live account and a PTR account on the b.net I tried logging in with my b.net info should I not do that?

You need to have a live, active account in order to add PTR access, so there's no other way to do it.

I don't really know what to say. Others are using the PTR with Inner Space, so there must be something configured incorrectly on your end. I would suggest that you navigate to your PTR folder, open up either of the two WoWT executable files, and enter your login information.

At that point, what happens? Are you able to log into the PTR realm or do you see a list of incompatible realms? If you can correctly log into the PTR by launching the executable file yourself, then I have to assume you have not set up ISBoxer properly to launch the PTR.

Even just launching without Innerspace It still shows live realms
