Follow and Assist Not working with new setup

The very first team I made, 2 druids, it works great. I wanted to change one drew for a hunter for faster grinding, so made a new team. nothing works. tried 2 more fresh builds, nothing. I had to swap a hunter in a druid slot in first team to make it work. My question is how can I see what is different in the 4? I thought I did nothing different but obviously I did.

We will probably need to see your profile, but you can also start at Part 3 of the Quicker Start Guide and move on from there, letting us know where exactly something doesn't work (and if you tried the suggested fix).

Solution to the problem was toons were in the wrong windows. After switching log in info, then they were working correctly.
