Wrong sub-accounts when logging in

Being a new ISBoxer user, I somehow messed up the sub-accounts of my characters when logging in. Now there are several sub-accounts that are basically parts of the Battle.net email address. How do I delete all those sub-accounts and just leave that part blank when logging in?

The software is a bit overwhelming as it is on the first day, so even though I'm an experienced computer user and even scripter, at this point I need the “for dummies” version of help until I'm more familiar with the program. Thank you.

I may be mis-understanding, but... you don't. Whatever sub-accounts are attached to a specific BNet e-mail are going to show in a drop-down list below the field in which you enter your e-mail (outside of beta or PTR accounts). ISBoxer virtualizes your config.wtf files so that when you choose one, it will be saved for that character upon each time you start the game client, and you won't have to keep selecting the correct one each time.

Yes, unfortunately, that drop-down menu now has wrong sub-accounts; I want to remove those wrong sub-accounts from the drop-down menu. That's the problem: it's not whatever sub-accounts are attached to the account that are showing, actually wrong, non-existing sub-accounts are showing. Deleting WTF folder can do the trick, but I'm hoping there's a less extreme solution.

Then you'll need to either edit the character specific wtf files that you are having issues with, or delete them and let them be recreated.

I think you're the first person in all of the time BNet has been merged with WoW that is saying there are incorrect sub-accounts showing (I certainly can't think of any examples in the past). Those sub-accounts are pulled from Blizzard's servers upon logging in, and then stored in your config.wtf file. If the account name changes when logging in, it will then re-pull that information from Blizzard's servers.

Not to sound harsh, but I certainly don't have a fix for your issue since I have not, nor do I know anyone else has, experienced this problem in the past.

EDIT: I guess this could be fixed by using the same Battle.net accounts, but I honestly don't see how it could be an issue to begin with unless you're explaining something wrong (not your fault), or we're still mis-understanding what's going on.
