[WoW] Slot1 Foreground massive stocking in every Char Set (WoW)

Hey guys. Sorry for bad english first

i have 20 Sets with 5 Slots each. Today i changed only my Window-Format on 1 Set. After this i got massive error with EVERY Slot1-Windows.. It stucks realy hard, cant even enter password. all 2 seconds 1 frame.. SLOT 2 3 4 5 works great, on every set. i checked different cpu settings, gone back to old window set.. nothing works..
i think slot 1 brings the configured background fps (15) but in foreground or mouseover it stucks so bad.

update : reinstall isboxer innerspace ... complete same Sh*** ....

Slot1 stucks like hell, 2 3 4 5 works fine...

Config (after complete fresh ISBoxer and InnerSpace install, just a 5Slot-Team and Macro´s, rest same config as before while working)

System : AMD FX9590, Asrock Extreme6 990 Board, 32 GB Ram R9 380 Graphics.

It worked very good before today...

Crazy : I morphed a test-5slot-team into a 6slot team. and kill slot 1 direct after start, so i got slot 2 3 4 5 6 .. and it works super .. 1 2 3 4 5 -> 1 didnt work

Other running software:
AMD Raptr: Shut down Raptr while multiboxing. Note: this is installed with the AMD graphics drivers, so to remove you will probably need to uninstall the drivers and install afresh, remembering not to select to install Raptr.

raptr wasnt installed.. till today O.o .. i delete it and now.... works .... thank you so much.. i had deactiveted automatic updates from amd, knt know kow this can happen..
