Game/inner space freeze

Hi, i've just returned to the multiboxing team! :) But i have a bit of a problem now. When i launch my team my wow1 freezes(wow2 isn't even launching) and just stays white or launches properly(2/2 clients) but freeze when i click in them. The windows open in 64 bit, tried to force 32 bit in launcher, but did nothing. I even deleted wow-64, but then the window was just blank. My other problem is that when i try to open inner space patcher or config, the opened window stays grey and not responding until closed through task manager. I use Win 10 Pro. Thank you for your replies!

Re: Game/inner space freeze

We're probably going to need a diagnostic report (for game crashes).

Re: Game/inner space freeze

I would try removing/disabling the following

Code:
7. conathst.exe - Process ID: 8124 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Norton Internet Security\Engine\22.6.0.142\coNatHst.exe) [Admin:NO] [x86] [2015.6.0.79] [Symantec Corporation] [Web Browser (Norton Identity Safe native host)]
24. GameScannerService.exe - Process ID: 3168 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer\Razer Services\GSS\GameScannerService.exe) [Admin:NO] [x86] [1.0.6.2673] [GameScannerService]
36. main.exe - Process ID: 9716 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer\Razer Cortex\main.exe) [Admin:YES] [x86] [5.4.15.0] [Razer Inc.] [Razer Cortex]
38. nis.exe - Process ID: 2288 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Norton Internet Security\Engine\22.6.0.142\NIS.exe) [Admin:NO] [x86] [13.1.0.74] [Symantec Corporation] [Norton Internet Security]
39. nis.exe - Process ID: 3916 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Norton Internet Security\Engine\22.6.0.142\NIS.exe) [Admin:NO] [x86] [13.1.0.74] [Symantec Corporation] [Norton Internet Security]
56. ProcessCapturer.exe - Process ID: 12048 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer\Razer Cortex\ProcessCapturer.exe) [Admin:YES] [x86] [1.2.0.2] [Razer Inc.] [ProcessCapturer.exe]
57. ProcessCapturer.exe - Process ID: 4960 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer\Razer Cortex\ProcessCapturer.exe) [Admin:NO] [x86] [1.2.0.2] [Razer Inc.] [ProcessCapturer.exe]
59. RazerIngameEngine.exe - Process ID: 10480 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer\InGameEngine\32bit\RazerIngameEngine.exe) [Admin:NO] [x86] [1.0.12.8578] [Razer, Inc.] [RazerIngameEngine]
63. rzcefrenderprocess.exe - Process ID: 8616 (C:\Users\Pokixd\AppData\Local\razer\InGameEngine\cache\RzSynapse\RzCefRenderProcess.exe) [Admin:NO] [x86] [1.0.12.7325] [Razer, Inc.] [Razer Chromium Render Process]
64. RzKLService.exe - Process ID: 2252 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer\Razer Cortex\RzKLService.exe) [Admin:NO] [x86] [1.2.0.9] [Razer Inc.] [RzKLService.exe]
65. RzOvlMon.exe - Process ID: 3176 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer\Core\64bit\rzovlmon.exe) [Admin:NO] [x64] [1.0.1.66] [Razer, Inc.] [Monitor Razer Overlay Driver Service]
66. RzSynapse.exe - Process ID: 7284 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer\Synapse\RzSynapse.exe) [Admin:NO] [x86] [1.18.21.28549] [Razer Inc.] [Razer Synapse]

If that doesn't work I'd suggest going through the following and shutting them all down. Although for the NVidia drivers, if you revert back to v359.06, do a Clean Install, and only install the drivers, rather than all the addon's that should be sufficient. The last couple of releases of NVidia drivers (362+) have been buggy. They even pulled v364 after a bunch of complaints, and they were WHQL).

Re: Game/inner space freeze

Hi thank you for your answer(and time) and sorry for the late response. I tried disabling these processes, but didn't help. I reinstalled windows than I could use inner space, but after I started installing the programmes it did the same freezing problem when I launched my team. I uninstalled the programmes, but didn't help so I did another windows reinstall. It was yesterday and worked until today. I turned on the pc in the morning played some multibox left home (computer was still on) and when I got home an hour ago I tried to launch my team, but has the same problem so I don't know what interferes with isboxer since I haven't downloaded any software yet. Here is my diagnostic: http://pasted.co/3c07c63e . Or should I just go back to windows 8.1/7 until windows 10 will have better support? Thank you for your help in advance.

Re: Game/inner space freeze

It works for others on Win10, so unfortunately you are in minority at this time, although you do seem to be putting in a lot of effort, but not getting the rewards.
However I can see a couple of things that still look weird. But we will try something else first.

First, try the development build of InnerSpace. There are a couple of updates for x64. To try the fix, right click Inner Space in the system tray (notification area) and select Patcher, tick "Download development (test) patches" and then close and restart Inner Space to let it patch up.

If that doesn't work, the other outstanding items in your paste that you can remove are:

Code:
7. GameScannerService.exe - Process ID: 3084 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer\Razer Services\GSS\GameScannerService.exe) [Admin:NO] [x86] [1.0.6.2673] [GameScannerService]
26. SpaceAgent.exe - Process ID: 1760 (C:\WINDOWS\system32\SpaceAgent.exe) [Admin:NO] [x64]

Other than that, I'm not sure where to go. If after trying the above things, you still have an issue you can, on your Frozen instance of WoW, get a diagnostic for game Freezes, and email the dmp file to lax@lavishsoft.com, and reference this thread.

Also, Windows updates itself these days, and you cannot opt out of it. Annoyingly it will also update some drivers that you don't want it to if you are not careful.

Re: Game/inner space freeze

Thank you for your reply. I try to end game scanner, but it restarts itself. After I right click inner space in system tray and choose any option like patcher, config etc. a window pops up but it's already frozen. I will send a freeze diagnostic as you advised maybe there is a solution. Thank you for your help anyways!

Re: Game/inner space freeze

When I try to make a freeze report it always says: Minidump generation failed. At this point I'm starting to lose my faith :( .
