Less XP on 1 character

Having an issue where as soon as I hit BC one of my chars started getting less XP then the others. I have just been doing random dungeons with them and my team was lvl 59 when I started to encounter BC dungeons.

I'm guessing it's somehow linked to recruit a friend but not sure how. Originally I had 2 accounts and no RAF was used between them. When I decided to multibox I used RAF for the other 3 accounts. This was around 6 months ago so well over the 90 days for RAF

Has anyone encountered this or have an explanation why this might be occurring?

normaly this happens when am missing a hairloom on a char. i normaly go nuts and then until i really look and slap myself silly

I didn't even think of that and I so hope it is right. Of course maintenance so I can't check :/

From memory though it was around 100xp difference. So 4 chars would get 500 and 1 char would get 400. Once I can get on will check heirlooms and then confirm some numbers if it's still occurring

Also any professions, you get xp for that as well if your collecting ore/herbs

Haven't been doing any crafting with these guys so not that

Checked and all heirloom gear is being worn. Re-equipped it just in case some sort of bug but nothing

Just tested when killing a level 60 enemy 4 get 1194 XP (+597 Rested Bonus +171 Group Bonus) while the other gets 928 XP (+464 Rested Bonus +133 Group Bonus) Checking out after a number of enemies it is 25% less XP every kill.

Well of course it was something stupid on my end.

3 pieces of the heirloom gear adding an extra 30% XP hadn't been upgraded for whatever stupid reason
