TrufiGCD

So I tried setting this up after seeing it on Mirai's video guides for the pro system.
I am using grid2 for unit frames which (through sorting by name) keeps the party unit frame in the same order across all instances.
I've tried adding the TrufiGCD for each char next to the correct bar in grid2. I did it once on all windows and then left party and invited again and now bar location doesn't match the TrufiGCD gui elements.

To elaborate:
I have 5 paladins, lets call them pala1-pala5.
When inviting them, using isboxer's macro the order of the chars in the party can change. However, grid2 always shows the same order on screen, so after first invite and ordering the TrufiGCD gui elements I got:
real party order (for pala2) grid party order TrufiGCD order (for pala2 for example)
pala2 pala1 party1 (=pala1)
pala1 pala2 player (=pala2)
pala4 pala3 party4 (=pala3)
pala5 pala4 party2 (=pala4)
pala3 pala5 party3 (=pala5)

Then I disbanded and reinvited and got:
real party order (for pala2) grid party order TrufiGCD order (for pala2 for example)
pala2 pala1 party1 (=pala1)
pala1 pala2 player (=pala2)
pala3 pala3 party4 (=pala4)
pala5 pala4 party2 (=pala3)
pala4 pala5 party3 (=pala5)

And now next to pala3 in grid I have TrufiGCD of pala4, next to pala4 in grid i have TrufiGCD of pala3.
This of course changes for every instance of wow, since they each see a different party order (each char is the "player" in the party order it sees which affects the numbering of other chars).
Got a headache :)

Re: TrufiGCD

I just remembered that you also need to invite in the exact same order each time; you cannot just accept the invites all at once. Visually they're in the same place because you're sorting them, but internally they have a different order. To counter this, I always just invited my characters in Slot order.

Re: TrufiGCD

Anyone having trouble with the settings not being saved when you log off. I have to reset the location for it everytime I log back in. Any ideas?
