4 man team, 1 pug (random guy) - How do I heal?

I have followed the guides for Click Healing and they work great for 2-4 boxing normally, but I was wondering how do I heal outside of my own 'group'? More specifically, I'm leveling 3 characters RAF with my girlfriend (1 account to my main, 1 to hers, but I play all 3). So I was wondering...how do I set up a healing system that I can click to heal within ISboxer for this type of thing? Or do I have to go to Clique and the do it the old-fashioned way?

If you need more detail, let me know. I'm still quite new to WoW multiboxing, but have played EVE with it (which was a lot more simple, since everything was just mouse pass-throughs)

I'm curious which method you use. I normally run a 3 person team, so am dealing if I join a "pug", then I'd be interested in how others deal with the same situation that I'm faced with.
