Extreme lag when creating a new 5 man team

Hello. Today I decided to make a new team, but when I load it up the fps in each window becomes extremely low and the game becomes unplayable.

When I close out 2 windows then the fps returns to normal and everything is fine--no lag issues whatsoever. It seems like all I can create is a 3 man group, anything more creates unbearable lag.

What I don't understand is that I have a dozen other character sets for WoW that I created in the past. When I load one of those teams up I have no problem whatsoever with any lag at all. I tried all of them out and they are all sitting at ultra settings and not one ounce of lag on any of them.

But for some reason, whenever I create a new 5 man team I get terrible lag when I load it up. I have remade this team about 7 times now and I keep getting the same result.

Has this happened to anyone else? Has there been a change to the way the wizard creates teams or something?

The answer is most likely that your other multiboxing teams have video settings set for performance, and your non-multiboxing Config.WTF is set for quality. When you make a new multiboxing team, the Config.WTF files they will use are copied from the main (non-multiboxing) Config.WTF file. You can either adjust the settings or just go into the WoW\WTF folder and copy known-good Config.WTF files over known-bad Config.WTF files. They each have the name of your Character so it should be easy for you to identify in the WTF folder
