Lag rate variation across instances

Since installing Windows 10, I've found lag rate across instances vary more and if one character disconnects, then when they get back on lag is often huge. Not uncommon to have lag rates vary like this:

206 ms
210
314
250
234
890

etc

This means that , for one character mob may be dead, for another mid-health and for a seriously lagged out character, not having spawned yet.

I have to say that the windows 10 thing is probably a coincidence, and this is likely to have a reason along your actual network path

Make sure /log and the journal are turned off.
