Lag rate variation across instances
Since installing Windows 10, I've found lag rate across instances vary more and if one character disconnects, then when they get back on lag is often huge. Not uncommon to have lag rates vary like this:

This means that , for one character mob may be dead, for another mid-health and for a seriously lagged out character, not having spawned yet.
