2nd account crashing

I have been seeing a lot of people saying how fun the game and is and decided to try and play and yes, it is a blast, so I created a 2nd account to try and box it. I get the first glyph launcher going just fine, as soon as the 2nd one launches it crashes. I have glyph launcher turning off after launch. I have IS updated with current patches.

Any ideas?

Yup, as per most crashing threads, please provide a diagnostics.

so, I did a reboot and delete and re-setup and it is now working. I have never tried a game like this before, there is no auto follow, how do you control, it seems t he broadcasting doesn't work, or I just don't get it. when I turn and move with my main character t he other one goes in a totally different direction

Basically. You'll want the Dev build, avoid moving around with the mouse (despite the fixes), make sure all games are running the same FPS (foreground and background), work out tactics to reset the view and reposition the toons so all toons face the same way in the same location.
