How to handle Arcane Missile procs?

The key map casts Arcane Blast 4 times. At that point there will be 0-3 Arcane Missile charges.

Is there a way to make sure all charges are used without incurring a delay if there are few or no charges?

If you are asking whether you can have ISboxer "know" how many missile charges there are, then no.
The only option you really have would be to setup your mapped key to send the potential maximum number of missile charges, e.g. 3, and then press the hot key 3 times (or if it is setup to execute a step on "pressed OR released", then 2 times).

Arcane missile is a channeled spell that lasts 1.9 seconds. I press the hot key several times a second. So if there were 3 charges I would only end up using one of them.

I can add more Arcane missile casts but if there are no charges then nothing is being cast for several seconds. If there is no other option then I just have to come up with the best trade-off.

This is the hard part with ISBoxer. Because there is no state information from the game available to ISBoxer, then it has no idea whether you have 0 1, 2, or 3 Arcane Missiles available, so there is no method to know whether you need to queue 0, 1, 2 or 3 of them up. This is the trade off for using a multiboxing tool which is generally approved of, rather than those which are usually determined to be bots.

If there was a reliable method to deduct that firing X many Arcane Blasts would queue Y many Arcane Missiles, then it would be possible to use the enable/disable step actions to queue them, but if the resulting number of Arcane Missiles is not guaranteed for a given number of Arcane Blasts, then you cant really do this.

The best option (that I can think of right now anyway) is to have a DPS key for each action and just switch between them.

I show how to build a rotation in this video (more specifically, here).

EDIT: Forewarning, the video may be slightly confusing if you don't use the Pro System, but that doesn't stop you from using such a rotation in a non-Pro System setup.
