So, from what I can tell, your issue is that when you ran through the Quick Setup Wizard on the 3rd time round, you've not set the same hotkeys as previously, so the Wizard has asked you whether you wanted to overwrite your previous settings, and you said NO. So this created a new set of Key Maps, specifically for your character set Msgray_restart2.
These are:
WOW-Always On
WOW-Combat
WOW-Non-combat.
Now assuming that all the character sets are for WOW (seeing as all the Characters are WOW characters), I would start with deleting these Key Maps. You can do this by selecting Key Maps -> WOW-Always On, in the top left pane, and hitting the DELETE key. Do the same for the other two.
Then in the top left pane, select Character Sets -> Msgray_restart2, and in the lower left pane select Key Maps. And then in the right pane, select and highlight the three key maps, Always-On, Combat, Non-combat.
In the lower left pane, select Menus -> Toggles, and untick the Button Set override.
Finally, In the lower left pane, select Menus, and select and highlight the Standard Menu (this will give you the clickable Overlay for the ingame Action bar).
Export to Inner Space.
Now, what did we fix. Well, we removed the duplicate Key Maps that are unnecessary, and get created when you select to not overwrite existing key maps maintained by the Quick Setup Wizard, when you inadvertently select different options to those you have already configured.
Second, we removed the override on the Toggle Menu (the Keymaps/Broadcast overlays).
Third we assigned the previous Key Maps which you had configured and assigned to your other two character sets
Fourth, we added the clickable overlay bar for your ingame action bar. You can also trigger this with the 1 to = hotkeys (these usually match the in game action bar)
The "L" key should now work for your Interact With Target. According to the settings this is what is your ISBoxer Hotkey, and also the Keybind configured in-game for the Interact With Target (these do not have to be the same, but in your config they are).
