Crazy Latency

Hello all,

I have been multiboxing for a while now with keyclone. This has never given me any problems but after seeing a bunch of videos from your product I decided to purchase it and give it a go. As this will ultimately give me an edge in-game or so I thought. After following the quick setup wizard everything was going according to the video tutorial but once in/game the latency was insane and made it unplayable.

Its as if when I play with only 2 account the latency is better but still pretty bad. Now my computer is insane and I can play keyclone 4 accounts at once while playing battlefeild bad company 2 AND starcraft 2 at the same time. I tested it for fun at one point. So the computer should not be the limiting factor here. My internet connection is also very impressive and this is why im at a loss for what the problem could be. Here are the things Iv tried til now:

Direct x 11
Update video drivers
decrease ALL instance of wow to minimal settings including master

I still get 4000 - 5000 ms when running ISboxer. Keyclone seems to run as many instances of the game as I want space to place the windows with keyclone is the limiting factor not the computer so I guess the problem must be something with this software or the way Im using it (likely). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What are you trying to do when you are getting this latency? Are you sitting in a crowded area, raiding, just putzing around? My latency doesn't change one bit whether I'm using ISBoxer or just playing a single toon, I always sit somewhere around 19ms. I'm not sure what would cause such crazy latency, but don't doubt it's happening. Does your setup run a single account just fine? I'd give that a shot and see what happens.

I can run 5 account on ULTRA with keyclone without a single glitch even in areas like dalaran. but loading up 2-3 account wirh ISboxer causes this massive latency.

Network latency is generally unrelated to your video card and video settings

Do you usually use a proxy service to improve your ping? Do you have other software that affects your internet connection? (e.g. internet security products?)

We tried disactivating all those things and still nothing. My brother is a developer for a major farmaceutical company so he is very good with computer all the normal fixes we've tried. It seems like its not a common problem however so im guessing there must be something wrong with the setup we are using or something.

When you run it there's a big button selected by default that says run a scan and save a log file, hit that. It takes like 2 seconds, and then will open up the log file. Paste that info for me and maybe it'll have something that I (or your brother for that matter) can have you try changing

Ok me and my brother as well are quite embarrased to post this, but I guess its good so that you know theres nothing wrong with your software on high end machines.

When we started to test it I went into his room and put my laptop on his desk, in doing so I needed space for my legs so I pushed the topwer of his machine back a bit. Little did I know his Wifi system on his mega computer has attenas on the back which I inadvertently pushed up against the wall where they didnt get any reception... we just figured that out, its working fine now.

1 major issue we have tho with this software, how do you cancel casting on all accounts. in keyclone we could just jump and its done, here once they are casting we are screwed.

By default there is a key binding Ctrl+Space, which will make all OTHER characters jump.

If you want you can change it to make all of them including yourself to jump. Expand the General key map in the top pane, expand "Others jump" in the bottom left pane and select the 1 under Steps. Then on the right you'll see "space -> all other", click on that. To the right you'll then see a Target box, with "Window:All w/o current" selected. Change that to "Window:All w/ current" and then Export. Then hitting Ctrl+Space will make all characters jump. You can also change the Hotkey to just space, if you prefer. Select "Others jump" in the bottom left pane and the Hotkey setting is at the top to the right
