Re: runtime error need help
After trying it, I'd have to say it's just you at the moment.
2 things come to mind.
1. Make sure you are on the current release of Innerspace, .i.e. 6040, which you can check by right clicking the Innerspace icon in the system tray and selecting Console. If you aren't on 6040, update it, or unset the Test patches option, depending on whether you are under or over the release build.
2. Provide a diagnostic

Re: runtime error need help
And your problem is... your not logged into Windows!..
Seriously though, you appear to be missing about 70 processes that should be on that list.
You either
1. have a virus/rootkit
2. have disabled UAC and are not explicitly running ISBoxer as an Admin process
3. have some crap group policy being applied to your machine so nothing runs as admin
4. didn't paste the full diagnostic
5. are using some OS from 1989
Try getting a full diagnostic. You'll know when you do because it will have some registry key information down the bottom.

Re: runtime error need help
It would be more helpful to have a diagnostic from lotroclient.exe rather than turbineclientlauncher.exe. I understand the confusion between the processes
Can you shut down TeamViewer?
It could also be ESET.
There's not much else remaining. But the r6030 error is coming from some non-Inner Space/ISBoxer software that loads a module within the process.
Can you shut down TeamViewer?
63. TeamViewer - Process ID: 5504 (C:\Program Files (x86)\TeamViewer\TeamViewer.exe)
64. TeamViewer_Desktop - Process ID: 4160 (c:\program files (x86)\teamviewer\TeamViewer_Desktop.exe)
65. TeamViewer_Service - Process ID: 6372 (C:\Program Files (x86)\TeamViewer\TeamViewer_Service.exe)
66. ts3client_win64 - Process ID: 5292
71. tv_w32 - Process ID: 4964 (C:\Program Files (x86)\TeamViewer\tv_w32.exe)
72. tv_x64 - Process ID: 4332
It could also be ESET.
21. ekrn - Process ID: 1668 (C:\Program Files\ESET\ESET Smart Security\x86\ekrn.exe)

Lax suggested above that you should shut down several running processes.
