Diablo 3 Legendaries

I am tryin to gear my new account so i can use my dualbox service
but when i drop a leg i just found on the ground
the 2nd window char cant pick it up.
is there a way to fix this or is this the isboxer.

Both characters have to be logged in and partied in the same game at the time the legendary drops in able to transfer them between characters. It is just how the Bind on Account works with Diablo 3 legendaries now.

BoA also only allows a 2 hour window to move the item around between characters. One trick is to move it to a character on the account that you aren't logged on playing actively on. This will keep the timer from counting down so you can transfer it much later than 2 hours. I do this for Rama Gifts.
