Numerous Problems with IS boxer

So yesterday I was using isboxer fine to play eve online, yet when I come on today i run into a string of problems.

First Innerspace would not start properly, it would not appear in the system tray not matter how much i tried to get it to show through changing the settings of the system tray. Upon investigation it was running but just as a process and there was nothing I could do to get it to function properly. So to try solve this problem I thought a quick uninstall and re-install would do the trick. But upon attempting to re-download the ISboxersuite from the website it says failed to connect to host...... I know for certain that my firewall is not causing this problem and I have looked to see if I could find another programme or process that could cause a conflict but I cannot find any.

These issues are both extremely aggravating and to the best of my knowledge have just occurred without fault on my part, there was not even a windows update last night to cause problems.

Surely a networking issue..

You're certain that your firewall is not to blame? Do you have other internet security software installed? When Inner Space updates, your firewall software, internet security software, anti-virus software, etc may treat it as a new executable and apply new rules and this will typically happen without your knowledge.

You can also try rebooting, and resetting your router/cable modem/whatever it is that you have between your PC and your ISP.
