haveing a big issue

ok i have been haveing an issue with this and just started to day, i have tryed reinstalling and everything i could think of when i start up my windows my first window crashes every time i start to use it ( when i do ctrl + alt + B ) my broadcast binding the one window crashes when i type the account as soon as i type the first letter it crashes any help would be awesome

tryed sending the crash report not sure if it sent got an error 14 or something like that when i did
