Keyboard input lag

Hello, new user here so i hope this isn't a noobish question.
I am running isboxer to multibox 2 accounts and i am having an issue with keyboard input lag. When playing, my keyboard strokes either aren't registered or are registered with a big delay so I can't effectively use any of my 1-4 skills. Oddly, sometimes my character will suddenly spam all the skills ive been pressing all at once about 20-30 seconds after i pressed the buttons.

any tips for a noobie?

1. Do you have the game put in Windowed Fullscreen mode? (In the in-game options) If not, do that.

2. Have you for some reason opened the main Inner Space window and left it up? If so, minimize it

3. Get me "Diagnostics for game crashes" from ISBoxer's Help menu -- http://isboxer.com/wiki/Diagnostics. I know it's not crashing but this will show us what other programs you have running that might be interfering. For a lot of people reporting input lag, malware called stij.exe shows up in the diagnostics, and that would need to be removed.

4. If you've customized your CPU usage it might help to use the CPU Strategy Wizard (from the Wizards menu) and set it to where all windows/instances use all CPU cores

5. If your system is running slowly because it's overworked, that might also be a problem. You can use the software described here http://isboxer.com/wiki/HOWTO:Tweak_your_framerate#Identifying_framerate_bottlenecks to see if you're maxing something out
