Game crashing - Have no idea what to do

I play Lotro, and every time I try to load all my clients, I get the following message:

I am new to this and have no idea what to do, does anyone have any ideas/suggestions?

Get me "Diagnostics for game crashes" from ISBoxer's Help menu. http://isboxer.com/wiki/Diagnostics

If it's the launcher that is crashing, then get me the diagnostics for the launcher. If it's the game client that is crashing (after successfully going through the launcher), then get me the diagnostics for the game client.

Re: Game crashing - Have no idea what to do

Sadly I expected your diagnostics to show me modules loaded in the game client by other software (such as your antivirus software, or something else running on your PC at the time) but the listing from the game client is somewhat clean. So I don't know right off hand what program is interfering and causing the R6030 error in this case.

What I recommend doing is...
1. Try updating your NVIDIA graphics drivers
2. Try shutting down other running programs, including ESET NOD32 Antivirus, RealPlayer, and pretty much anything else that can be temporarily shut down to narrow this problem down

I updated my graphics driver, and I shut down all of those programs that can be temporarily shut down and nothing helped, I generated a new diagnostics, if that helps at all.

Yeah, not much different in the new one obviously. I see that you have shut down some things. NOD32 is still running though; you might have to try uninstalling it to see if that helps, since typically antivirus software leaves things active even if it's just "shut down".
