Key maps problem

I play as 4 accounts in diablo 3
i want to use one skill with some like that
i click lbm ( left button mouse) then account 1 use that skill on lbm
when i click 1 more lbm i want account number 2 to use skill on lbm
when click one more lbm i want account 3 to use this skill and at next account 4 ,
when i clicked 5 th time lbm i want now account 1 to use 1 more that button ,and that looping over and over again
I must used that skill in diablo on left button mouse , and will be nice if multibox will allow me to use it by clicking only lbm , or hotkey for it + lbm
its possible ?
