how to automaticly pressed a key for 5 secs

hello i need to keep pressed a key for 5 sec to make the screen min(so i can see farest away)

but i cant find the way how to setting it up automaicaly PRESSED a hotkey for 5 sec
like the link below i want make all char keep pressing page down for 5ses how to set up

2: what does join do ? mean most time i control 3 chars and when need 5 chars then i make it join 2 more chars liks this?

You can't make ISBoxer hold down a key for you. If you want the key held down you will have to create the Mapped Key, enable the "Hold any Keystroke Action while Hotkey is held" option, and then hold the key down yourself.

Sure... you could do that, but you don't mention what you're ultimately wanting to accomplish. In order for a better answer you're going to have to be more specific.
