Lag issues while Broadcast is off

I didn't have this issue before while running 12 clients.
Currently i'm experiencing some major lag issues (PC almost freezing) when i try to move the mouse around.
This all disappears when i have broadcast on.
This is really annoying...

Edit1:Also note that the lag happens also when im browsing internet ,when im opening folders , practicly everyhting.

That is nice to show that it is not a hardware bottleneck.

However it is probably caused by software interference. What we need to see is "Diagnostics for game crashes" from ISBoxer's Help menu -- http://isboxer.com/wiki/Diagnostics

Your game isn't frozen though, it's still playing fine; it's just lagging when you move the mouse. I know you're not crashing, I just needed this diagnostic information.

Did you remove Internet Download Manager yet? I'm guessing not since it appears 4 times in your diagnostics

If that's NOT it, then I would also try disabling BitMeter OS, DU Meter, and Splashtop. I'd still guess it's IDM though.

By removing you mean totally delete ? i end the processes of IDM from the Task manager.
I didnt remove IDM , but quite cant remember if i stopped the process of IDM or not :S .
i use IDM for 7 years now , should i move it to somewhere else or stop using it altogether ?
also , OMG man you are making me stop all my lovely little things can you be plz more lovely with the requirements
Also for "BitMeter", "DU Meter" and splashtop , do i need to Uninstall them or stop the process tree or hide them under my carpet.

I just want you to shut them down so we can determine what software is causing the problem. If you can reinstall after, then by all means, uninstalling is the best way to make sure. But, you can probably just close the programs. IDM has several processes, it may be easier to uninstall it than to get it all shut down

The problem still exists , i ended all the processes' tree for all those programs and lag still occurs with 12 clients but disappears with 10 clients.
Note that i have been using those programs normally and i didn't experience any problems whatsoever.

I don't know if this is related to what is happening.But whenever i use lets say a combination of keys , (trying to open the market using the ingame shortcut key Alt+R or opening the training window by hitting Alt+X) i get this beep sound.This beep sound resembles the one that fires in windows when trying to find an icon in a folder by pressing the first letter of it.

I did a fresh WIN7 install then ran ONLY the Windows update and then the directx Updater and then InnerSpace,and ONLY those.
Lag still occurs but when the I started internet explorer lag spyked into a new level and I can type 3-5 words before this message window starts even displaying them.
Is there anyone working on this issue or is this going to be left unanswered ? because if it is , then I would like a refund.....
