My layout have 3 windows but showing 2

So i load is boxer this morning and i setup step by step has the vds told me also changed to skip the launcher but when i am starting my team i choose a layout with 3 windows but only 2 are showing !! if somebody can help me please id be grateful

Besides the fact that you have three different regions with three different resolutions and mis-matching aspect ratios, and have the active client set to 150 FPS, I don't see anything wrong.

For the resolution issue, you should read this:

...or you can probably just use any of your other Window Layouts because they look to be correct. I'd also recommend lowering your active client's FPS down from 150.

As for your Character Set issue... Have you tried re-launching the Character Set once the first two have launched? Is your game's drive out of space?

its seem to open only 2 diablo so i wonder how you can see the game drive , also i took down my fps and re-launch characters it doesn'T do anything . It is logique to think that its the game drive.

I don't know what you mean when you ask, "How you can see the game drive?" I'm asking if your game's drive (the physical drive installed in your computer where the game resides) is out of space, because if it is, then Diablo 3 will fail to launch.
