ISBoxer not starting up properly

Just acquired ISBoxer,

Now starting up ISBoxer, i'm getting a error message

ISBoxer Toolkit.exe - Application Error

"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

This happens on Windows XP if you do not have .NET 2.0-3.5 installed. Here is the solution for you, and anyone else with the same error -- specifically "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135)"

Windows XP users will need to make sure .NET 3.5 is installed, this can be downloaded from the following link: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=333325FD-AE52-4E35-B531-508D977D32A6&displaylang=en

Windows 7 and Vista have this pre-installed.
