Yes :)

The easiest way is going to be to set up a separate Key Map (a collection of Hotkeys) specifically for the one Character Set that needs this behavior. There's a few housekeeping things to do once you set that up, so I'll go over everything.

1. Create a new Key Map. To do this, right click "Key Maps" in the top left pane and select New Key Map. Name it something related to the one Character Set that needs it, not to the specific Hotkey you're making right now; that's because you can put other Hotkeys for that team in this Key Map later on.

2. Assign the new Key Map to your Character Set. An easy way to do this is to select your Character Set in the top left pane, then in the bottom left click on "Key Maps". This lets you click to highlight any Key Maps you want assigned to this team. Some should already be highlighted; add the new one.

3. Blacklist this new Key Map from any Character Sets that should not ever have it enabled. The reason we do this is so that you can toggle it off as needed, using the default toggle (Shift+Alt+M), without inadvertently toggling it ON when you're playing a different team. To do this, select each Character Set in the top left pane, click the "Key Map White/Black lists" tab, tick "Black list" and highlight your new Key Map.

4. Add the new Key Map to the "Activate Maps" toggle in "Always On". This is so that you can turn it off when needed (e.g. if you need to type in the chat window using the Hotkey that would otherwise activate your ability). To do this, select "Always On" under Key Maps in the top left pane, then in the bottom left pane under Mapped Keys expand "Activate Maps" and select Step 1. Step 1 turns various Key Maps OFF. Right click "Actions" and under Key Map Actions, select "Key Map State Action". Set the Target box to "Window: All w/ Current", and set the Key Map option to turn OFF your new Key Map. In Step 2 do the same thing, except set it to turn ON your new Key Map.

That should do it. Now you'll have this ability only for that team, you can toggle this (and other team-specific Hotkeys) with the default toggle that you'd always use, and you won't accidentally turn it ON for the other teams after toggling. :)
