Best way to sync EQ keymaps?

Been too long since I've played Everquest. What is the correct way to sync the keymaps between multiple accounts/characters?

<character>_<server>.ini has the /socials and hotbar assignments.
UI_<character>_<server>.ini has the UI layout.
eqclient.ini has the Keybinds and graphic settings, unless they were virtualized by ISBoxer. If virtualized by ISBoxer, the new default filename would be eqclient-<character>.ini.

Been using a lot of your posts to try and attempt to virtualize as much as possible. It will be fun.
