Mouse Sync off causing de sync constantly( Please help)

I've did my research as much as I could and so far I tried to do the follow
1) change cpu settings round robin, all cpu all of them none of them fixed it
2)check aspect ratio to be same along with fullscreen window mode(also checked fps to make sure its running max and they're always are 30/35) even tried 30/30)
3)windowed fullscreen even copy and pasted d3-prefs to be exactly alike
4)have both fullscreen instead of smaller region layout that didn't solve the problem
5)It's on sync when first loaded but then de syncs and by de syncing I meant he mouse cursors get off track. Example my cursor is point at a corner of square on one screen and the other its in the middle.
6)http://www.privatepaste.com/c6e1406596There is my xml If someone could please help I would really appreciate it

Of what square? Something on your UI, or an object in the game? A screenshot would help demonstrate what you mean

A lot of the time when people say their cursor isn't synced, we find that it actually is synced and their confusion is caused either by the characters not being in the exact same location on both screens (thus anything that isn't part of your UI being in a slightly different spot in each window).

It also doesn't help that when you see your other characters on your main screen, they may appear to be at a different location than they really are -- which is shown on each individual character's screen. The game can be wrong about where other people are, because at times it has to make guesses (in order to make things look smooth as things come in over the net).

To determine if the cursor itself is synced, you don't have to relate it at all to anything in the game. Just move the cursor to the upper left corner and observe that on all windows it is in the same spot, and then move the cursor to the bottom right corner and make the same observation. If those 2 corners are correct, then the mouse is definitely synced. If the mouse disappears off the bottom right corner of the other window(s) before you get there, then it's likely due to a resolution difference between the two windows. (That should typically be solved by windowed fullscreen and Instant Swapping, which you say you have double checked.)

You can try changing the "Cursor positioning mode" option in your Repeater Profile (select it under Repeater Profiles in the top left pane) to "Scaled to fit", and this may help.
