Re: "unexpected error"

I don't want to sound like a dick, but you've provided absolutely no useful information besides, "I'm getting an error does anyone know how to fix it?" That's the same thing as asking a mechanic over the phone, "My car won't start what is wrong with it?"

Perhaps a copy of the actual crash report you're seeing would be helpful as well as a diagnostics report for someone to look at.

Re: "unexpected error"

Thank you. I didnt know you can create an Erroreport like this. All i was getting is that error window :?

I can still launch one client the "normal" way, without running inerspace or ISBoxer ...

I appreciate any help!

Re: "unexpected error"

Alright, the first step would be to shut down (or end process via the Task Manager) any programs that aren't required to be running. Anything that tries to "attach" itself to processes (anti-virus programs, applications that put an overlay on your game window, etc) could potentially interfere.

A note with anti-virus, spyware, or firewall applications is that they'll most likely need to be uninstalled and your system will need to be restarted in order to fully shut those down. You cannot just disable an anti-virus program in its control panel because it's still running in the background and could still be interfering with Inner Space's launch process. Inner Space "attaches" itself to your games so that it can do what it does and if another program is stopping it from doing that or conflicting with it, then your games can end up crashing and/or not launching at all.

Here's a list of programs that I immediately see which could potentially cause an issue:

Code:
5. AVKBackupService - Process ID: 1716 (C:\Program Files (x86)\G Data\TotalProtection\AVKBackup\AVKBackupService.exe)
6. AvkBap64 - Process ID: 4704
7. AVKProxy - Process ID: 1508 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\G Data\AVKProxy\AVKProxy.exe)
8. AVKService - Process ID: 1584 (C:\Program Files (x86)\G Data\TotalProtection\AVK\AVKService.exe)
9. AVKTray - Process ID: 2668 (C:\Program Files (x86)\G Data\TotalProtection\AVKTray\AVKTray.exe)
10. AVKWCtlx64 - Process ID: 864
30. Fuel.Service - Process ID: 1472
31. GameCom780 - Process ID: 2820 (C:\Program Files\Plantronics\GameCom780\GameCom780.exe)
32. GDFirewallTray - Process ID: 2892 (C:\Program Files (x86)\G Data\TotalProtection\Firewall\GDFirewallTray.exe)
33. GDFwSvcx64 - Process ID: 3032
34. GDScan - Process ID: 828 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\G Data\GDScan\GDScan.exe)
60. Skype - Process ID: 2908 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Skype\Phone\Skype.exe)
82. TSNxGService - Process ID: 2252 (C:\Program Files (x86)\G Data\TotalProtection\TSNxG\TSNxGService.exe)

Hopefully someone else will see your report and have something else to add if shutting down those programs doesn't help.

Re: "unexpected error"

I'm currently investigating a new crash in the Inner Space development build with the Diablo 3 Launcher. You can skip the launcher to avoid this issue at this time.
