1.08 = big start up delay

Just got off work to login, never had this issue before and have been boxing for over 3 patches now, during window start-up 1st up pops up as usual, but 2nd and 3rd take at least 2 mins to load up each, windows grey then finally loads to login screen.

No biggie, still enjoying/playing but not sure if its something that could be updated, or maybe its just me?

To my knowledge this should be precisely the same as every other D3 patch day, and the first time you ran ISBoxer.

The cache may re-copy due to the patch, and the startup delay should be eliminated after the first time you launch your team.

This was happening to me too and here's what happened that fixed it by accident. Hopefully it helps.

When 1.0.8 hit, I started up my multiboxing instances right away and let them each update. After that, subsequent startup of these individual multibox instances would take much longer than usual.

The other day I was doing something else on my computer which took too much resources to multibox so I just launched the _regular_ diablo launcher for good old single instance gameplay (no multiboxing). It also updated itself to 1.0.8, add a blast playing solo not having to worry about sync issues.

The next time I multiboxed the instances launched up MUCH faster and I immediately assumed it was because I had updated my main diablo files.
