New Keymap Toggle issue

Having an issue with a click bar toggle for a custom keymap I've created, it will go through the steps, but doesn't go back to the step one once completed the steps.

My config is attached.

I should have mentioned that the offending keymap is STO, and the third button on the click bar is what I configured to activate the keymap.

Forgive me if I'm missing something, but what I see is that the third Click Bar button (of Toggles) is supposed to do the STO Combat Mapped Key located within the STO Key Map, but from the config you linked, the STO Combat Mapped Key does absolutely nothing (it doesn't even have a Step).

From your description of the problem, it sounds as if I'm missing something crucial here.
