Prossecor or graphic card

Hey guys, i am multiboxing with 4 chars on diablo 3, and streaming at the same time, and at some times i get lower fps in diablo, so i was thinking should i upgrade my prosses or grapich card, or do i need to do both?

i want to be abel to stream while i player

i got Intel i5 2500k CPU 3,39gHZ
16 ram
AMD radeon 6900 series

would be very happy with suggestions

Edit. Btw when i stream and spotify and got 4 d3 and playing i got like 95% cpu ussage

CPU, definitely.

I don't know what specific Radeon 6900 series card you have, but a good 4 or 6 core i7 CPU upgrade would probably do you well. With 6 cores you would have one for each D3 instance and then 2 leftover for real-time video encoding and whatever else, and would probably do quite well. A 4-core i7 would be less of an upgrade (than 6) for you since you've got 4 physical cores right now, but still should perform better with HyperThreading than your i5 without.

Also note, if you own a 6990 then that's a dual-GPU card with Crossfire enabled. If that's the case, you're probably going to have issues using that card.

I just got my 4-barb team up and running yesterday. I am having FPS issues and appear to be limited by my CPU. I'm playing with varying window sizes later, but prefer 4 equal size on one monitor - it seemed like 1 large and 3 small ran better though. I'm going to try overclocking my amd 965 tonight, should be able to eek out 400mhz there.

I would def say go with an Intel processor in the Ivy Bridge section and you will notice a nice difference.
