keymaps not working

I have a problem that I can't seem to find a resolve for and it's annoying me.
Some of the keymaps are not working at all. Shift+Alt+I to invite my team, Shift+Alt+R to cycle the repeater, Alt+F to follow... In fact the only one I can confirm IS working is Shift+Alt+M. All the rest of them don't seem to work including those for Jamba.
It's a fresh install of IS and ISBoxer on an old install of WoW. I've tried to follow the setup procedures and have run through the wizard a couple of times.

I don't know why, but your "General" Key Map is not assigned to your Character Set. Drag and drop it onto your Character Set, re-export, and you should be fine.

I don't know why Repeater wouldn't be working, though.

Tried dragging the general key maps to my team, nothing. Tried deleting the ones that were there and reassigning them, nothing. Tried reinstalling and then redoing all the above, nothing.

Nothing is sticking out in your newest config that says those specific shortcuts shouldn't be working.
After making all of these new changes in ISBoxer, did you export to Inner Space?

I don't think it should. Lax specifically added Windows 8 support to Inner Space, but because so few people use Windows 8 to multibox with there could be bugs that haven't been caught yet (if they even exist). I don't have Windows 8 to test things out on, so I cannot confirm or deny that.

I did. Even tried the "pro" config and had the same results. The macros seemed to work ok, but I only tried it on 2 toons and it repeated the same spell on the warlock all the time, but that isn't the issue at hand I believe. The lack of keymaps is the same result on all windows.
Thanx for the help I really appreciate the time you're taking to give me advice.

EDIT: The issue turned out to be my keyboard, which WAS a Cyborg V.7. I guess it was blocking some of the keystrokes as I plugged in my new Razer Black Widow and everything works like a charm. I owe Lax and MiRai a ton of thanx for all their help.
