isit possible to hold same key down for repeating 4 keys

i can spamm the same key now and it will pick my skill from 1 to 4... but i have to spamm the key. is they any way for it to keep spamming but when i just hold my hotkey down and it will spamming 1 to 4 and when i release the hot key it stop spamming ? playing wow.. any help is good...

This is not possible with software boxing tools.
If it were, using such a feature would result in your account being banned.

This is possible with some programmable keyboards.
But using a feature like this will cost you your account.



You want to stick to, every action in game is a result of something you did now.
Having the action(s) at the time of your key press or release or click is fine; having something happen, or the same thing over and over, as a result of something you did 3 seconds or 10 minutes ago (any time in the past, really) will cost you your account in Blizzard games.
Some games are okay with loops, delays and such; most are not.
