Main and little screens window size adjustment - Diablo III

Hello ISBoxer users!

I like the idea of multiboxing so I googled and found ISBoxer. I watched videos how it looks and works and was impressed, so I downloaded the 7 day trial version. I tried to configurate ISBoxer with the Quick Setup Wizard which is really easy to use but I cant find the option where I can adjust the window size of the primary and secondary screens. I have a single 1080p monitor and dont like it when I cant go to my desktop without minimizing Diablo III because the main screen is just to big. Here are screenshots so you can understand my broken english:

Also, when I start Diablo III with Inner Space or ISBoxer it will always start with 1080p resolution ingame and highest settings but I lowered the all graphic settings to minimum, even the resolution to 800x600 (but I think I will switch to 720p).

I want to have 6 to 9 screens at the same time so I need to lower everything to minimum, I would like to have even smaller secondary window screens to have constant 30FPS. I have a GTX 470, AMD Quadcore and 8GB RAM.

You can manually edit the size (and location) of the Regions in your Window Layout. Select the Window Layout in the top pane of ISBoxer. Then in the lower left pane select "Regions". In the Regions tab on the bottom right you can select each region and edit its Location and Size.

Try to keep the aspect ration of your Regions the same.

I want to have 6 to 9 screens at the same time so I need to lower everything to minimum, I would like to have even smaller secondary window screens to have constant 30FPS.

One thing to be aware of with ISBoxer is that if you want Instant Swapping then ISBoxer renders each game window at full resolution. To get the type of FPS improvement you are talking about it is not enough to just reduce the size of the Regions in your Window Layout, you will also need to turn instant swapping off.

Thank you Alge, it works! But now I have another problem. When I start all my 9 clients with ISBoxer Character Set the first 6 will have 800x600 resolution and minimum graphics settings and the last three will switch to 1080p with max graphics which hurts my performance. I did this several times but it will stay like this... but I can atleast do it manually.

Someone more familiar with how the settings are stored/virtualised for D3 will need to comment on that.

Diablo 3 video settings are stored in D3Prefs.ini and this is virtualized by default if you used the Quick Setup Wizard and selected Diablo 3. Meaning that it should retain your settings if you have gracefully shut down the game (allowing it to save settings..).

For any Character that wasn't created by the Quick Setup Wizard (e.g. because you added it manually after), this file will not be virtualized by default; you would need to drag the Character to the Virtual File to set that up. (Select either the Character or the Virtual File in the top left pane, and drag the other from the top left pane to the bottom left pane).

I have no idea whether or not you did any of that or what your configuration is like. (HOWTO: Share your configuration for better support)

Lastly, the in-game "Fullscreen/Fullscreen windowed/Windowed" setting may make a difference as well.

Well thank you Lex for your reply. I had 10 different D3Prefs (example 'D3Prefs-1') which I deleted and also deleted Cache-1, 2, etc. After that I started D3 and set every settings to minimum and now it works! No problem anymore.. but I dont know how many D3s my PC can handle because I only own one account. I guess I need to ask someone for guest keys to test out or do you guys also multibox D3 and what hardware are you using with which settings?
