Lotro crashes after login

Lotro crashes after i launch it , it dosnt pop up to the character screen it just goes away sometimes i get one to launch after a hour or two of trying and i recently got 2 to run but no more when im trying to run 5 im on windows 8.1

so things that stand out as potential causes for incompatibility are:
Razer Cortex
Avast

For the purposes of determine whether they are causing issued, I would recommend uninstalling the former, and at the very least adding an exclusion to Avast for Innerspace.exe, lotroclientlauncher.exe, lotroclient.exe and turbinelauncher.exe, if not removing it entirely.

Simply, if you are having launch issues it is generally caused by some other software running on your computer, and it is usually a case of determining what, and whether you prefer that software, multiboxing, or multiboot.

still not Working both are uninstalled

I only picked out the obvious choices based on what I could see. You are more than welcome to continue to look at your running processes and shut down what you can.

nvm i rebooted with those uninstalled and it worked thanks
